The energy generation of Orejana Solar Park avoids the emission of more than 141,400 tons of CO₂ per year, contributing significantly to climate action and energy transition goals. Since the start of operations in August 2019, the park—strategically located in northern Mexico—has benefited from exceptional solar radiation, ensuring high operational efficiency and consistent energy production throughout the year through its 501,030 solar panels.
Orejana Solar Park, in addition to driving economic growth and job creation in the region, supports infrastructure projects in schools and promotes the development of a local supplier program. This program, which began in Hermosillo, has expanded to other regions of Mexico where Zuma Energía operates, integrating more than 250 local suppliers. Through these actions, we seek to ensure that the energy transition is fair and inclusive, fostering economic growth while protecting the environment.
